Why won't you accept my payment?

If you receive a notice that your payment failed to process, please update the card info in the Account Settings page. AHS uses Stripe to process credit and debit card payments. Once you update the card, Stripe will automatically attempt to charge it again within 48 hours. In the interim, you'll see the red banner at the top of the AHS page. This banner will continue to show until the payment succeeds. 

NOTE: We allow for THREE charge attempts before we suspend the account. If you receive a third warning from our system, please contact your bank to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, banks will not work directly with us or Stripe to resolve payment issues.
