For Readers: Why can't I review or edit my issue report?
You can review and edit your issue report by clicking on the pencil & paper icon under the View/Edit column (on the Book Issue Reports tab). If you did not create the original report of this issue then you will not have access to edit it. Sometimes readers see an issue report and think it's theirs, when, in fact, it was a report by another user with an identical problem.
