The Author Helper Suite page won't load

Please try the following:

1) Close your browser and try again.

3) Try to go to the page in another browser.
4) If you're having connection problems with other sites as well, restart your router and modem as you may have connection issues.
5) If you have a VPN installed (virtual private Network) please deactivate it, or try to reconnect.
