My report file will not upload to AHS. What can I do?
There is a common issue with spreadsheet apps, especially Excel. When the report file is either opened or renamed before uploading to AHS, the app can change the ISBNs to scientific notation. Here's a screenshot of an opened file:
Notice the "+12" in the ISBN. There's no way for AHS to handle this as we need the full ISBN to correctly assign data. To address this problem, please download the file again and upload it straight to AHS without renaming or opening the file.
