My Facebook Ads report won't upload to ReaderLinks
The most common reason for this is the Campaign Name column missing from the report. The reason for this is when the Facebook custom report is not crafted from the Ads tab on Facebook, the final report doesn't include the Campaign Name data. To fix this, please create the custom report again while the Ads tab is selected in FB Ads. This should generate the properly formatted report.
Another reason could be the file is corrupted. This often happens with Excel, which will actually change the format of your numbers to be
scientific notation. To make sure this doesn't happen to your file, download it to your computer and do not open or rename the file. Upload the file directly to AHS and it should work, if notation is the root problem.
