How do I create a QR code for my book?

How do I add an author expense for things like promotions or Bookbub Ads?

We don't offer a way to upload the BB reports at this time. However, you can add the BB spend to a specific book or as an Other Expense by doing the following:

1. Hover over AuthorAnalytics at the top of the AHS page
2. Select Manage Expense Types
3. We've pre-populated a Bookbub Ads expense for you 
4. Click the Expenses tab that is just to the left of the tab you're on. 
5. Click Add New Expense
6. Enter the name of the Bookbub Ad, or any other identifier that will help you spot the expense on reports.
7. Apply the expense to a specific book
8. Choose Bookbub Advertisement
9. Enter the amount of the spend
10. Enter the date of the expense

You can do this on a daily basis and per book basis, if you'd like. The other thing you can do is manually add up the amount you spent per book once per month, and then add that amount to the book's expenses. It will lead to a huge spike on that one day, but it will give you a faithful representation of the amount you spent over the course of the month.
