How to make a Custom Link that includes affiliate code(s)

First, you want to head to the book page on Amazon to get the link with the affiliate code.

Copy the Amazon link, then head to AHS.  Under the ReaderLinks tab, choose Custom Links

Fill out the new link boxes, pasting the link that you created on Amazon.
