There could be a number of reasons the historical data does not automatically pull in, but it typically occurs when KDP stops responding to our requests. This seems to happen more frequently during historical data pulls.
You can also manually upload your Lifetime report.
Step 2: Go to the Reports tab.
Step 3: Click "Royalties Estimator"
Step 4: Select "Lifetime".
Step 5: Click the Generate Report button at the bottom of the page.
Step 6: Download the report to a place on your computer that's easy to access, like the desktop.
Step 7: Head to AHS.
Step 8: Click on the "Choose file" button above.
Step 9: Select the report file you just downloaded.
Please let the report upload without interruption. This step can take a while, depending on the size of your library.
